Discover the Joy of Mah Jongg at the Library!

 Children explore how robots make our lives easier. They test sensors on robotic devices as they explore automatons, remote control devices and programmable robots.

Led by Caroline Greco of Musical Munchkins, come enjoy a fun program which will consist of parent and child movement music activities. Caroline will include props, instruments and puppets and more!

After a 6-year absence, Stephen Christopher makes his triumphant return to the Library!  He has been eagerly awaiting the chance to entertain the young patrons of The Pound Ridge Library, and he promises not to disappoint!

Feel the power of magnets at a distance and  use them to make electricity. Discover how to use electricity to make light, and sound. Build circuits using these devices. 

How do animals know winter is on its way? We'll use live animals and artifacts, plus participatory activities and some role-playing, to learn how animals have adaptations to help them survive.

Bring your knitting, crocheting, or needlepoint to this relaxed, creative meetup or use the provided materials. All skill levels welcome—learn, share, and connect with fellow crafters in a cozy library setting.
