Taking Better Care of Ourselves: Learning to let go.

 We all share the experience of holding on to "stuff", attitudes, emotions and even relationships that impose unnecessary weight on our mind, body and spirit.  Holding on takes energy, energy we could repurpose - if we only knew how. 

This series of Taking Better Care of Ourselves: learning to let go on Zoom, introduces a step by step to achieving freedom.  Each session in this five week series teaches and guides participants in a respectful and caring process that illuminates the burden of holding on and freedom that can come through letting go. This is an educational program and is not therapy.  The process does tap on the mind and emotions and participants are encouraged to explore lightweight concerns to learn the process. 

Created by Deirdre Breen, CEO and founder of Self-Care Institute, Inc., who has expert skills and training in health behavior and personal growth.  Deirdre is well known and respected in the Pound Ridge area  community for her mastery in  yoga teaching and meditation offerings.
