ENERGY 101: Gentle Fitness & Vitality for Adults (Online Class)
Stay strong, flexible, and energized with ENERGY 101—a low-impact, full-body fitness class designed especially for adults. Rooted in the principles of Qi cultivation, this online program focuses on improving balance, mobility, joint health, and overall strength through guided movement and breathing exercises.
All movements can be done seated or standing, making the class fully adaptable to your comfort and ability level. Sessions are interactive, supportive, and always changing—so you’ll stay engaged, motivated, and continually learning new ways to move and feel your best.
Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to stay active in a safe, accessible way, ENERGY 101 offers practical techniques to help you maintain independence and vitality at any age.

Phillip Coyle is our instructor. Phil has been trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in functional fitness training and group training. He is an advanced teacher of Power Pilates and is practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine E.E.M.-C.P. In addition, Phil is a certified Tai Chi instructor and a doctor of Chinese medicine.
