Taking Better Care of Our Mind with Master Teacher Deirdre Breen
A three part series to strengthen and stabilize our mental state.
Each session will explore common mental habits that harm wellbeing and introduce strategies to redirect attention to positive states of mind. While our mind might wander past or forward, with practice we will anchor attention in the true moment to stabilize our energy and protects our well being.
Join Master Teacher Deirdre Breen to explore and experience approaches to your mental health that cultivate a sense of command. Practice exercise will be given between sessions to reinforce ideas and build confidence in self-care.
