School’s Out—Let the Summer Fun Begin at Pound Ridge Library!
It’s time to “Color Our World” with the launch of our Summer Reading Game—your adventure begins the moment you register!
A season full of creativity, imagination, and reading awaits you!
How to Play the Summer Reading Game:
1. Pick Your Game Piece
Choose a game piece and write your name and either your age or the grade you’ll be entering this September. Make it your own—decorate it, draw on it, and let your imagination shine!
2. Grab a Goodie Bag
You’ll receive a fun bag with a Reading Log to track all the books you read—or that someone reads to you—throughout the summer. Whether you’re a reader or a listener, everyone’s invited to join the fun!
3. Read & Win
For every 6 books you read (or are read to), you’ll move your game piece forward and earn a raffle ticket. Place your ticket in front of one of our six exciting prize baskets—whichever one you’d love to win!
Join us for the Grand Raffle Drawing on Saturday, August 23 at 1:30 PM. The more you read, the more chances you have to win!
Bonus Fun: After registering, go on a Scavenger Hunt around the library. Who knows what surprises you’ll discover or where your adventure will take you?

*Feel free to register online Please come in after you have registered to pick up your goodie bag (it contains your Reading Log), as well as to fill out/decorate your Game Piece.
